All our systems use minimal plasticizers and catalysts to produce a high quality, long lasting part for our customers.

We have three Ultimax casting machines to ensure the precision blending of all our standard urethane blends from 20A to 90A and 70D.

Next the parts are cured in one of our Grieve ovens, or on one of our 3 table ovens where we can cast a sheet up to 20 feet in length. Contact us for more info!
